A scale has been added for the reference of the founder and you! (A link to the approximate distances to each location will be included in the explorations journal soon!)South of the forest regions a mountain range has been located, and out in the Paradise Ocean there have been islands that have been located. While the Caltari currently don't wish for us to explore their homeland ranges, they have allowed us to journey up the Kor river to get to the Fothergilla Mountain Range. Alternatively, you can journey up the Yaakova, but it is a longer trip.
Weather
Currently it is the Rainy Season in the Ertzizi Jungle, Trench Canyons, and the Grasslands of Kairolan
Currently it is the Fall Season for the Bloodstain Beach, Lycaskel Forest, and the Fothergilla Mountain Range

Because of the danger of explorations we can only allow a few members out at any one time. When slots are full there is no waiting list and so any members posting a form after slots fill up will have to wait until slots open up again as their form will be disregarded and shredded (hidden).

Actions performed: Here we go, taking Zaila instead katjalore-creatures.deviantart… not really sure what size she is but ultimately she will serve a good purpose despite the size factor.
Since the welcoming of Nakhti into our little family, Zaila had begun to come out of her shell a bit more, though only towards myself and the Jagon. Zaila found the company of the ancient Jagon quite preferable to the bouncy little Selig. The two had become close, and with Maiko in tow, a rather well rounded group of friends. I had wanted to learn more of Nakhti ever since we had met, but the outer world had created demands for me that required me to leave them behind for a time. Now back, the three of them had informed me of the whispering on the wind of the newly discovered mountain range and the potential predator that may lurk there. Wise as she is, Nakhti had ventured a few guesses and comparisons that sounded right, Maiko shuddered as he thought of the terror his fellow Caltari were facing, and Zaila listened intently, her tongue had flicked in and out as she rested in the shade, listening to us spectate about what may be lurking. I had mused to the trio about setting out and exploring the mountains myself in an effort to find or at least better understand and assist with what was going on out there. Nakhti had mentioned going, but later piped that she couldn't do so, she still had unfinished business with Chenzira and apparently another Jagon from the home temple had made their way here, and she was intent to meet the creature, feeling an odd sort of connection to her and the spirit wandering with her. Maiko, tell him not I think so, but was too afraid of the predator, and convinced me he and Umlilo had things to do before he could ever make another venture. I dared not directly ask Zaila lest I offend her, but I hadn't needed to. When everyone else had opted out, Zaila flicked her tongue gently against my arm, my eyes meeting hers.
"We should spend some more time together, yes?" She blinked slowly and I thought I saw a bizarre form of smile stretch across her face and we made plans. Now, with our supplies in tow, we were setting out. We had arrived near the range just as light broke overhead. I carried with me, rations, water, and a few campsite materials, not planning to stay extended amounts of time here, but willing to stay as long as it took to make ground on this development. The newly sprouted grass was fresh and alive beneath our feet. Well, Zaila's feet and my hiking boots. I had opted for pants against the elements, a tshirt, a cap, and some boots. Zaila had brought merely her own hide. With the mountains on the edge of the sky, we walked, unsure of what we may find and likely under prepared for all of it.
